Performance Advantages
Powder coatings are manufactured by blending resins, pigments, fillers, curing agents, and additives in specific proportions, followed by melt extrusion and subsequent grinding and screening processes. They possess 100% solids content in powder form, generating no “three wastes” during production or application. No solvents are required, as air serves as the dispersion medium, with coating applied via high-voltage electrostatic adhesion.
